Refund Policy Overview

I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Here's when refunds are available:

  • • Order hasn't started printing
  • • Print failure on my end
  • • Shipping damage (with photos)
  • • Wrong item sent

When You Can Get a Refund

Before Production Starts

You can cancel your order for a full refund if:

  • • I haven't started printing your order yet
  • • You change your mind about the design or material
  • • You need to modify the order significantly
  • • There are file issues that can't be resolved

Print Failures

If the print fails due to technical issues on my end:

  • • I'll reprint the item at no charge (preferred option)
  • • Full refund if reprint isn't possible or wanted
  • • I'll cover any additional shipping costs
  • • No questions asked - these things happen in 3D printing

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged:

  • • Contact me immediately with photos of the damage
  • • I'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue
  • • Replacement or refund provided once claim is processed
  • • Keep all packaging materials for insurance claims

Quality Issues

If you're not satisfied with the print quality:

  • • Contact me with photos and description of the issue
  • • I'll review the case and work with you to find a solution
  • • Options may include reprint, partial refund, or full refund
  • • I want to make sure you're happy with the result
What's NOT Refundable
  • • Normal 3D printing characteristics (layer lines, support marks)
  • • Design flaws in files you provided
  • • Color variations from screen display
  • • Size expectations if dimensions were clearly stated
  • • Buyer's remorse after receiving a quality print
  • • Functional issues if item was sold as decorative
  • • Damage from misuse or modification
How to Request a Refund

Step-by-Step Process

  1. 1. Contact me as soon as possible via email or contact form
  2. 2. Include your order number and description of the issue
  3. 3. Provide photos if relevant (damage, quality issues, etc.)
  4. 4. I'll review your case and respond within 24-48 hours
  5. 5. If approved, refund will be processed within 3-5 business days

What to Include in Your Request

  • • Order number or email used for purchase
  • • Clear description of the problem
  • • Photos showing the issue (if applicable)
  • • Your preferred resolution (refund, reprint, etc.)
Refund Processing

Timeline

  • Review: 24-48 hours to assess your request
  • Processing: 3-5 business days once approved
  • Bank Processing: 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • Total Time: Usually 1-2 weeks from request to bank account

Refund Method

  • • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • • Credit card refunds appear as a credit on your statement
  • • PayPal refunds go back to your PayPal account
  • • I'll send you confirmation once the refund is processed
Exchanges and Store Credit

Sometimes an exchange or store credit might work better than a refund:

  • Reprints: Often the best solution for print failures
  • Material Changes: Switch to a different filament type
  • Color Changes: Try a different color if available
  • Store Credit: Available for future orders if preferred
  • Partial Refunds: For minor issues that don't warrant full refund
