Our Services

What We Offer

  • • 3D printing services using our Bambu Lab P1S printer with AMS system
  • • Custom printing from your STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files
  • • Pre-designed products available in our store
  • • Basic post-processing like sanding and de-burring
  • • Multi-color printing (up to 4 colors simultaneously)

What We Don't Do

  • • Professional design services (I'm learning, but not a pro designer)
  • • Complex modifications to existing models
  • • Professional painting or finishing services
  • • Bulk discounts (not yet, but I'm working on it)
  • • International shipping (can be arranged on request)
Ordering and Payment

Orders

  • • All orders are subject to acceptance - I'll review files before printing
  • • Custom orders require file upload and may need clarification
  • • I'll contact you if there are any issues with your files
  • • Orders can be modified before production starts
  • • Estimated completion times are provided but may vary

Payment

  • • Payment is required when you place your order
  • • We accept major credit cards and PayPal
  • • All prices are in USD and include basic post-processing
  • • Payment plans are not currently available
  • • Pricing may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored
File Requirements & Intellectual Property

File Requirements

  • • Accepted formats: STL, OBJ, 3MF, STEP
  • • Files must be printable on our 256mm x 256mm x 256mm build volume
  • • You're responsible for ensuring files are print-ready
  • • I'll do basic checks but can't guarantee all files will print successfully

Intellectual Property

  • • You must own or have permission to print the files you submit
  • • I won't print copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • • Your files remain your property - I don't claim ownership
  • • I won't share, sell, or redistribute your files
  • • Files may be kept temporarily for potential reprints or support

Prohibited Items

  • • Weapons or weapon parts
  • • Items intended for illegal activities
  • • Copyrighted material without permission
  • • Adult content or inappropriate material
  • • Items that could cause harm or injury
Shipping and Delivery
  • • Shipping via UPS or USPS to the address you provide
  • • Tracking information will be provided when available
  • • Shipping costs calculated at checkout
  • • You're responsible for providing accurate shipping information
  • • Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipping
  • • International shipping can be arranged on request
Quality and Limitations

What to Expect

  • • 3D printed items may have visible layer lines and minor imperfections
  • • Support removal marks are normal and expected
  • • Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen
  • • I'll do basic post-processing but I'm not a professional finisher
  • • Some designs may require supports that leave marks

Print Failures

  • • Sometimes prints fail - it's part of 3D printing
  • • I'll reprint failed items at no charge when possible
  • • Some complex designs may not be printable as expected
  • • I'll contact you if there are issues with your order
Limitation of Liability

I'm running a small business and doing my best to provide good service, but:

  • • Services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • • I'm not liable for damages beyond the cost of your order
  • • You use 3D printed items at your own risk
  • • I'm not responsible for design flaws in files you provide
  • • Some items may not be suitable for functional use
Changes and Cancellations
  • • Orders can be modified before production starts
  • • Cancellations are possible before printing begins
  • • Once printing starts, changes may not be possible
  • • I'll do my best to accommodate reasonable requests
  • • Contact me as soon as possible if you need changes
